Covered for 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Electrical and Mechanical Parts
Covered for 2 years, including motors, controllers, and the joystick.

Battery
Covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, upholstery, handles, or brakes).
Damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
Consumables such as fuses or light bulbs.
If the serial number is damaged or removed.
Transportation or shipping costs related to warranty claims.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact the dealer where the product was purchased. Provide proof of purchase, the serial number, and a detailed description of the issue. Any transportation or shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
