All Harmar Ramps are backed by a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 years from the original purchase date.

Warranty Coverage Includes:
Materials and Workmanship: Harmar warrants that the ramps will be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal conditions and usage.

Exclusions:
Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered.
Misuse or Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper installation, or alterations to the product voids the warranty.

If any part is found defective within the warranty period, Harmar will either repair or replace the ramp at its discretion. This warranty does not cover labor costs or shipping charges related to repair or replacement services.

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
  • Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
  • Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
  • Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
