Warranty Information

Frame Warranty: Limited 1-Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Parts Warranty: Limited 6-Month Warranty for non-durable parts such as wheels, brakes, handles, and other wearable components.

Warranty Exclusions:

– Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues such as scratches or fading.
– Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.
– Accidental damage or abuse of the product.

How to File a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, contact 1-855-HIELINE or refer to your product manual for further instructions. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
