Please note that this warranty is provided by NOVA Medical Products and applies only to the original purchaser. Hieline Mobility, as an authorized dealer, facilitates warranty claims but does not provide the warranty coverage directly.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Products that have been altered or modified without prior written authorization.

A description of the defect or issue
The product’s serial number
The name and location of the dealer where the product was purchased

Do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Warranty Disclaimer

This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy and replaces all other express warranties. Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
