Warranty Information

Feather Health Products offer a limited warranty covering essential components under normal use.

Frame
Warranted for one year, Feather Health will repair or replace any defective frame part during this period at its discretion.

Wearable Parts
Warranty covers wheels, brakes, upholstery, and footrests for six months.

Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Excluded items include ABS body panels, tires, tubes, and regular upholstery wear. Service costs, shipping fees, and labor charges are not covered unless specifically authorized by Feather Health.

Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
