Structure Frame (5 Years)
We are committed to durability and reliability, ensuring our frames are built with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Many of our customers have used our products for over 10 years, showcasing our dedication to long-lasting performance.

Motors, Controller Module, Charger (2 Years)
If any issues arise within the warranty period, we will provide brand-new replacement parts, covering all shipping costs. Please note that defective parts must be returned to us for analysis and improvement. If parts are not returned, the replacement will be treated as a new purchase, or the warranty for the complete product may be voided.

Battery (1 Year)
We offer a 1-year warranty on our Li-ion battery packs, extending beyond the standard 6 months offered by most companies. With proper care, 95% of our customers use the same battery for over 5 years, with some lasting up to 8 years. To maintain battery longevity, charge at least twice a week. Failure to do so may void the warranty, as neglecting to charge the battery is classified as “Negligence Damage,” which is not covered.

Wear & Tear Parts (Not Covered)
The following parts are not covered under warranty due to their wear and tear nature, but are available at reasonable prices:

• Storage or Travel Bag
• Armrest Pad (Avoid peeling or scratching)
• Cables (Avoid clamping during folding or transport)
• Nuts & Bolts (Tighten screws as needed)
• Tires & Bearings (Avoid prolonged sun exposure)
• Backrest & Seat Cushion (Clean regularly for hygiene)

Warranty for Mobility Scooters, Other Power Wheelchairs & Manual Wheelchairs
We offer a 1-year warranty for the entire product, excluding the wear & tear parts mentioned above.

Transfer of Ownership
If the original buyer transfers ownership of the chair within the warranty period, the new owner’s details must be updated with us to continue the warranty coverage.

Warranty Disclaimer
This warranty only covers non-deliberate or non-accidental damage. Damages caused by negligence, accidents (intentional or not), misuse, improper storage or handling, or any modifications are not covered. Damage from improper use or normal wear and tear is also excluded.

If you believe a warranty claim is necessary, please provide detailed photos and videos of the issue to expedite the process. Without this documentation, we cannot provide free warranty parts. Mutual understanding is required to ensure fairness.
