Golden Technologies Lift Chair Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Coverage: Chair frame, lift mechanism, and recline mechanism.
Duration: Lifetime for the original consumer.
Labor: Subsidized labor for the first three years.

Electrical Parts Warranty (Pro-Rated)
Full Coverage: First 3 years.
Pro-Rated Coverage: Years 4-7 with discounts on replacement parts:
Year 4: 35% discount
Year 5: 25% discount
Year 6: 15% discount
Year 7: 5% discount

Covered Parts
Hand control, motor, transformer, control box, heating pads, and massage units.

Exclusions
Non-residential use, misuse, exceeding weight capacity, unauthorized repairs, and service calls for non-defective issues (e.g., power connections).

Consumer Responsibilities
Proof of purchase required for claims.
Labor beyond warranty period and transportation costs are the consumer’s responsibility.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

Stock Lift Chairs:
In-stock lift chairs can be returned under the following conditions:

The chair must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. Once unboxed or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The chair must be shipped in its original packaging along with all accessories, including power cords.

Timing: You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving the chair. Once issued, the item must be returned within 10 days.

Refund Process: After the item is inspected and approved for return, a refund will be processed, minus the restocking and any freight fees. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Non-refundable Fees: Delivery and service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

If the chair was delivered by a technician and you signed a delivery confirmation, it is non-returnable.

Custom-Built Lift Chairs:
Chairs built with custom fabrics, upgrades (e.g., heat and massage, PowerPillow, left-hand control), or any other special modifications are non-returnable. These customizations are tailored to specific user needs and cannot be resold as new.
