Frame Warranty
Top End warrants the frame of the wheelchair to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase when bought new and unused. This coverage is applicable to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase to activate the warranty.
Components Warranty
The upholstered materials (such as the seat and back) and other remaining components are covered for thirteen (13) months from the date of purchase. This warranty also applies only to products that are new and unused, with proof of purchase required.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or any unauthorized repairs. It also excludes normal wear and tear of parts such as tires, tubes, and bearings. If any modification is made to the product without Top End’s express written consent, the warranty may be void.
Repair or Replacement
If a defect is found within the warranty period, Top End’s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part at their discretion. This warranty does not include labor or shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of parts.
