Duration: 2 years from the date of purchase.
Protection: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for all Showerbuddy products.
Warranty Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear of products or parts.
Damage caused by improper installation, use, or repair.
Damage resulting from failure to adhere to the User’s Manual.
Specific parts like the brake line for the tilt mechanism, seat cushions, and armrests.
Limitations:
The warranty is VOID if:
The original serial number tag is removed or altered.
The unit is used to hold more than its specified weight limit of 300 lbs. (140 kg).
The unit has been neglected, improperly maintained, or misused as defined in the User’s Manual.
The unit is modified without Showerbuddy’s written consent.
Customer Responsibilities:
Contact the dealer from which the Showerbuddy unit was purchased for warranty service.
Obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending any defective units to Showerbuddy.
Ship the defective unit within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.
Showerbuddy’s Responsibilities:
Showerbuddy will repair or replace the defective components at their discretion.
They may offer an exchange program for warranty returns, where a refurbished unit may be provided. The original warranty term will not be extended due to unit exchange.
