SUPASCOOTA WARRANTY
TWELVE-MONTH WARRANTY
Hieline Mobility Solutions warrants all electronics and electrical components (excluding batteries), transaxle and frame to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
SIX-MONTH WARRANTY
Hieline Mobility Solutions warrants all batteries to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is provided by battery manufacturer and not Hieline Mobility Solutions.
RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY
All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Hieline Mobility Solutions effective from the date of purchase.
SERVICE CHECKS AND WARRANTY SERVICE
Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Hieline Mobility Solutions technician. Do not return faulty parts to Hieline Mobility Solutions without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us for information on the current cost associated with a service visit.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
The foregoing warranty shall not apply to:
- If the serial number has been removed or defaced
- Negligence, misuse, abuse, and accident
- Improper operation, maintenance or storage
- Commercial or institutional use
- Modified products including, but not limited to, modification through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments
- Products damaged by reason of repairs made to any component
- Product damaged by circumstances beyond Hieline Mobility Solutions’s control
Important notes
This warranty does not extended to items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear. Those items include but not limited to:
- Brake Pads
- Tires and tubes
- Upholstery and seating
- Fuse/Bulbs
A change in operating noise, particularly relative to motors and gearboxes does not constitute a failure. All such devices will exhibit a change in operating noise due to aging.
IMPLIED WARRANTY
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
