Corporate Accounts and Purchase Orders at Hieline Mobility

At Hieline Mobility, we offer streamlined options for government agencies, hospitals, educational institutions, and qualified businesses to purchase mobility products through corporate accounts and purchase orders. Here’s how to engage with us:

Setting Up a Corporate Account:

  • You must establish a corporate account to use purchase orders.
  • Download and complete the corporate account application from our website or request it via phone.

Placing Orders with Purchase Orders:

  1. Online: Add items to your cart, select Purchase Order at checkout, and input your PO number. Online entry of your PO number suffices; no need to send a physical copy.
  2. Offline: Fax, mail, or email your purchase order to us. Ensure it includes all necessary details like vendor and bill-to information, item descriptions, pricing, and taxes.

Purchase Minimums and Discounts:

  • A minimum order of $500 is required for purchase orders.
  • Volume discounts: 5% off for 5+ items, 10% off for 20+ items.

Payment Terms:

  • Standard Net 30 terms apply. Terms exceeding 30 days are not accepted.
