1- Rent

Place your order by calling:

Pay for the equipment of your choice with a credit card.

2- Recieve

For orders outtside Dallas /Ft. Worth:

We ship the equipment to you via Fedex Ground Service, free, for all orders over $100. Orders made before 2 pm are shipped the same day. You will receive it within 2 to 3 business days.

For orders in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area:

If your order is over $100, our personnel will deliver it to you on the date you choose.

For all others, you must pick up from our store in Plano with an appointment or request delivery for an additional fee.

3- Use

Use the equipment as long as you need it. We will charge your account for the equipment until it is either brought to FedEx or returned to our store in Plano, Texas.

4- Return

When you’re ready to return the equipment, please follow these steps:

A. If the equipment was shipped to you:

  1. Place it in the box you received it in. Please make sure that you include everything including all the product documentations and manuals.
  2. Request a return shipping label by sending an email to care@hieline.com
  3. You will recieve a return shipping label by email.
  4. Place the label on the box and take it to a FedEx location.
  5. You can request a pick form FedEx for an additional fee.
  6. Your rental period stops when the equipment is at FedEx possession.

 

B. If you picked up the equipment from our store or it was delivered to you by our personnel:

1- Please return it back to our store in Plano:

2- You can request a pick up for an additional fee. The fee varies depending on your location and distance from our store. Please call us at 214-227-2222 for exact pricing.

Your rental period stops when the equipment is returned to our store or picked up by our personnel.
