Rental Process

At Hieline Mobility, we make the rental process easy and convenient. Here’s how you can rent equipment from us:

  1. Over the Phone

You can place your rental order by calling our dedicated phone line at: 1-855-HIELINE (1-855-443-5463)

Simply provide the details of the equipment you need and pay with your credit card.

  1. In-Person

If you prefer, you can also visit our store to rent equipment in person. Please note that certain items like hospital beds and lift chairs require setup and cannot be picked up.

Receiving the Equipment

You can visit our store in Plano, Texas, and pick up the equipment during our working hours. Alternatively, you can request delivery services for an additional fee.

Using the Equipment

Once you have the equipment, feel free to use it for as long as you need it. We will charge your account for the rental duration until the equipment is returned to our store in Plano, Texas.

Returning the Equipment

If you picked up the equipment from our store, please return it to the following address:

Requesting Pickup

If pick-up services were included in your rental, please call us at least 72 hours before the due date to arrange for pick-up. Failure to do so will result in an extension of your rental period, and your account will be charged accordingly.

If pick-up services were not included but you would like us to pick up the equipment, you can request a pick-up for an additional fee. The exact pricing depends on your location and distance from our store. Please contact us at 214-227-2222 for more information.

Please note that your rental period ends once the equipment is returned to our store or picked up by our personnel.
