DELIVERY & PICKUP

We understand that the logistics of obtaining rental equipment can be challenging. For both our customers and us, it can be costly, time-consuming, and occasionally difficult. We hope this straightforward explanation provides clarity.

Store Pickup

The quickest way to access equipment is by personally picking it up. If the equipment can fit into a regular car, if you reside nearby, and if you have transportation, you can visit our store and collect the equipment.

Delivery Services

If you are unable to pick up the equipment yourself, we offer delivery services. The delivery fees are dependent on the equipment and the distance we need to travel. We charge $2 per mile for round trip delivery services with a minimum charge of $35. For example, if the delivery location is 12 miles away from our store, the one-way delivery fee would be $48 (24 miles round trip multiplied by $2 per mile). If you require equipment pickup at the end of your rental period, there would be an additional charge of $48 for that service.

Free Delivery

Certain equipment, such as Hospital Beds, Power Wheelchairs, Lift Chairs, and Heavy-Duty Scooters, cannot be easily picked up due to their bulkiness, weight, or installation requirements. To simplify the process, we have incorporated the delivery and pickup fees into the rental fees for these items. The details are as follows:

Hospital Beds
Rental Fees: $225/month
Delivery Fees: Free within 20 miles; $2 per mile beyond 20 miles

Mobility Scooters
Rental Fees: $175/week or $380/month
Delivery Fees: Free within 20 miles; $2 per mile beyond 20 miles

Power Wheelchairs
Rental Fees: $175/week or $380/month
Delivery Fees: Free within 20 miles; $2 per mile beyond 20 miles

Medical Recliners

We strive to make the rental process as smooth as possible, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the challenges associated with delivery and pickup.
