PRODUCT WARRANTY & REPAIRS


All items sold by Hieline Mobility Solutions are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor except “SupaScoota”. All other items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. Hieline Mobility Solutions is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

SupaScoota Warranty– For SupaScoota only, Hieline Mobility Solutions provides the warranty.  In case of needing repairs, SupaScoota should be sent to Hieline Mobility Solutions for service. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.

Used Equipment Warranty– All used equipment sold by Hieline Mobility Solutions carry a 90-day warranty. If the equipment comes with batteries, batteries have a 30-day warranty.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY Hieline Mobility Solutions.

Hieline Mobility Solutions will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Hieline’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
