The Ally Pro is the Ally with larger front wheels and suspension. Golden replaced the Ally's front casters with 10" omni-directional wheels that roll forward and sideways, which gives more leg and foot room and lets the chair climb larger obstacles, and it added shock-absorbing front suspension. That makes it heavier at 75 lbs. assembled, and the heaviest piece is 69.6 lbs. once the 5 lbs. battery is out, so plan on help loading it into a car. It carries up to 330 lbs. and runs up to 13 miles at 5 mph on an airline-friendly 12 AH lithium-ion battery. It turns in a 37" radius, and its 2.5" of ground clearance keeps it on floors, paved paths and ramps. The back sets at two angles, the arms adjust for more seat width, the footrest adjusts for length, and Golden's app lets you drive the empty chair to where you are. You choose Teal or Grey.

The Ally Pro has 10" omni-directional front wheels where the Ally has 6" casters, and it adds front suspension. Golden lists up to 13 miles of range against the Ally's 9. It weighs 75 lbs. against the Ally's 56 lbs. and turns in 37" against the Ally's 28.5".
The Ally Pro weighs 75 lbs. with the battery in. The battery weighs 5 lbs. and comes out, which leaves 69.6 lbs. as the heaviest piece to lift.
Golden describes the Ally Pro's 24V 12 AH lithium-ion battery as airline friendly, and the battery is removable. Each airline sets its own rules for mobility device batteries, so check with your airline before you book.
Yes. Golden pre-wires the Ally Pro's controller for right or left side placement. You fit it on the side you want, so there is nothing to choose when you order.
Golden's sell sheet and product page list a 17" W X 16" D seat with up to 20" between the arms, and the arms adjust for more seat width. Golden's owner's manual lists 21.1" W X 16.9" D. We publish the sell sheet figures.
Yes. Golden's Smart Control mobile app drives the chair remotely from your phone, and Golden also offers an optional wireless remote.
The Golden Ally Pro comes in Teal and Grey. The color is the frame. The seat is black fabric on both. Golden has published photographs of the Teal chair only, so the pictures on this page show Teal.
