A tighter turn than the 4-wheel
The three-wheel front end turns in a 45" circle. That is 11" tighter than the 4-wheel Companion needs, which is what you feel in hallways and doorways.
New tiller and digital dash
A delta tiller with auto lock and easy reach adjustment, a new digital dash, and a tiller-mounted USB charging port.
Quilted high back stadium seat
An 18" by 16" adjustable sliding seat with a quilted diamond stitch and extra padding.
Full front and rear suspension
Suspension at both ends, on a 9" flat-free front tire and 10.75" flat-free non-marking rear tires.
Standard or extended battery
Two U-1 batteries and a 3.5 amp super charger as standard, with an optional pack up to 50 AH for longer days.
Three Golden colors
Azure Blue, Crimson Red, and Galactic Grey shrouds, all part of the current Companion redesign.
The Companion GC340 is the three-wheel version of Golden's full-size scooter, and the trade it makes is the clearest one in the line. You give up the front-end stability of a fourth wheel, and you get a 9" tighter turning circle back, 45" instead of 54". On a machine this size that is the difference between a three-point turn in a hallway and simply turning around. Everything else carries straight over from the 4-wheel: full front and rear suspension, the quilted high back stadium seat, the new digital dash, and a USB port on the tiller. The honest caveat is that this is still a full-size scooter. At 207 lbs. and 46" long it belongs outdoors and in wide indoor spaces, so the tighter turn does not turn it into an apartment scooter. For a rider who wants a full-size seat and a comfortable ride and still has corners to get around, the three-wheel is the one to look at.

Returns
This mobility scooter may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in the original packaging. Contact us before starting a return. A mobility scooter that has been used or is missing original packaging is not eligible for return. See our return policy for complete details.
