Quilted high back stadium seat
An 18" by 16" sliding swivel seat with a quilted diamond stitch and extra padding, adjustable across three height positions.
Full front and rear suspension
Suspension at both ends on 10.75" flat-free non-marking tires for a steady ride over uneven ground.
Standard or extended battery
Two U-1 batteries as standard, with an optional 50 AH pack for longer days. Both are cleared for air travel.
Basket and full lighting
A front basket, an adjustable LED headlight, and front and rear lighting with side reflectors come standard.

The Companion GC440 is the full-size end of the Golden scooter line, and the 2024 redesign put the money where riders actually feel it. The quilted high back seat slides and swivels, the tiller adjusts infinitely rather than in notches, and there is suspension at both ends, which matters once you leave smooth pavement. At 222 lbs. assembled with a 54" turning radius, this is an outdoor machine that happens to fit through a wide door, so anyone planning to thread it around furniture should look at a 3-wheel model instead. It does come apart for transport, and the batteries are cleared for air travel, which keeps it usable away from home. For a rider who wants a full-size seat and a comfortable ride and has the room to turn it, this is the one to look at.
