The Zippie Voyage is Sunrise Medical's early intervention stroller for babies and toddlers up to 75 lbs., built to order from Sunrise's own order form.
You choose Moderate or Advanced Seating, transit, the seat and back, head and trunk supports, hip and leg supports, colors and accessories, and every choice is checked against Sunrise's rules as you build.
What stands out
Folds in one step
Lift the seat off and the stroller frame folds in one step for the trunk of a car. The seat is secured to the frame with a quick release tether.
Tilt forward and back
The seat tilts 30 degrees rearward to help with feeding, breathing and head control, and 5 degrees forward to help a child reach and bring hands to the mouth.
Faces you or the world
The seat mounts facing forward or facing the caregiver, so a parent can watch a young baby and turn an older one outward.
Two levels of seating
Moderate Seating has soft adjustable supports and polka dot upholstery. Advanced Seating adds a choice of seat cushions, two back shells, Whitmyer headrests, laterals and hip, thigh and medial supports.
Built for medical gear
Ventilator mounts, a battery and utility tray, an O2 tank holder, an IV pole and front and rear platforms carry what a medically complex child needs.
Feeding and floor play
The Voyage and JCM booster bases hold the same seat at table or floor height for meals, therapy and play.

The Zippie Voyage suits a family with a baby or toddler who needs positioning that a regular stroller cannot give, because it pairs a folding stroller frame with real rehab seating and 35 degrees of tilt. The first choice is the seating. Moderate Seating fits a child with mild to moderate needs and keeps the build simple. Advanced Seating fits a child who needs a shaped cushion, laterals, a Whitmyer headrest or hip and thigh supports, and it is the one to choose if the child's therapist is setting up the positioning. Add a booster base if the seat will be used at the table or on the floor, and add transit if the child will ride in a vehicle seated in it. Take the child's measurements with Sunrise's order form on the Resources tab before you build.

Moderate Seating suits a child with mild to moderate positioning needs and has soft, adjustable supports. Advanced Seating suits moderate to advanced needs and adds a choice of seat cushions, back shells, headrests and supports. The child's therapist can help you choose.
Measure the child seated on a firm surface. Seat depth is from the back of the hips to the back of the knee, and hip width is the widest point across the hips. Sunrise's order form on the Resources tab shows the twelve measurements Sunrise uses.
Yes. The seat mounts facing forward or facing the caregiver. In the forward facing position the seat tether must be connected.
Yes, with the transit option. Advanced Seating is approved to ANSI/RESNA WC-19 and its transit kit includes the harness. Moderate Seating is approved to ISO 7176-19 and its harness is ordered separately.
They are height adjustable bases that hold the Voyage seat for feeding, therapy and floor play. Add the folding booster base or the JCM folding booster base in the accessories step.
They do not work with a choice you have already made. The reason is printed on the option, and every rule comes from Sunrise's order form.
No. The Voyage is built to order to one child's measurements, so it cannot be returned. The Sunrise warranty covers defects.
No. You can order a Zippie Voyage from Hieline without a prescription.
No. Hieline does not bill or accept insurance, so the Zippie Voyage is a direct purchase. Any reimbursement is strictly between you and your insurer.
