The Comfort Foot Double holds both feet on one padded base, with the heels cut away so they carry no pressure. Pick the Standard for most users and the Tall when the leg needs support higher up. The lower limb separator costs nothing extra, so let the clinician decide on posture alone: keep it if the legs drift together, leave it off if they do not. Add gel if the skin under the feet is at risk. Because it bolts on and buckles, it swings aside for transfers.
