Two battery sizes, and one of them flies
The 12Ah runs up to 13 miles and is the one approved for airlines and cruise lines. The 20Ah runs up to 19 miles and is not approved for either. Both charge in 6 to 8 hours from a home outlet and a 24v 2A charger comes in the box.
500W of motor and electromagnetic brakes
Two 250W motors drive the 12" pneumatic rear wheels for a combined 500W and 1.1 Nm of torque, which is what climbs the 6 degree slope ComfyGo sets as the limit. The brakes are intelligent electromagnetic and built into both motors.
Folds to 29" x 17.5" x 28.5"
It closes down for a trunk or a closet, so the chair travels in a car rather than needing a van. The frame is 86 lbs. before the battery goes in, so plan on help or a vehicle lift rather than a one-person load.
The X-9 is the chair to look at when sitting still is as much of your day as moving. The backrest reclines to 55 degrees and both leg rests lift, each under its own power and each controlled from the joystick or from the remote that comes in the box, which is what matters if you spend hours in a waiting room or need to change position without help. It carries 310 lbs., runs up to 19 miles on the 20Ah battery, and folds to 29" x 17.5" x 28.5" so it travels in a car rather than needing a van. The honest caveats are weight and air travel. It is 86 lbs. before the battery goes in and 92 lbs. with the 12Ah in, so this is a two-person lift or a job for a vehicle lift, and only the 12Ah battery is airline and cruise approved, so choosing the 19 mile battery means choosing not to fly with the chair. If the powered recline is not what brought you here, the IQ-8000 carries 330 lbs. at 58.5 lbs. and both of its batteries are approved to fly.

What is not covered
ComfyGo's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the periods above. It covers the part itself. These are outside it:

A shipping and handling fee applies to warranty replacement parts as well as to parts bought outside the warranty, and that fee is the owner's cost.

Curbside is the free option. The power wheelchair ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
This one comes in a single box and the setup is not hard. The box goes through a normal doorway and most people manage it on their own. The free option is a fair choice here.
Inside delivery means we bring it just inside your front door or into the garage, still in its packaging.
White glove takes a different route. It does not come to your address first. It ships to the delivery technician nearest you, and once it arrives there the technician calls you and books a time that suits you, then brings it into your home, sets it up in the room you choose, checks it for shipping damage and takes all the packaging away. That extra leg adds a few days, and the date is settled between you and the technician, so we cannot give you one up front.
