What stands out
The thing that separates this bed from the other semi-electric beds here is weight and access rather than function. At 146 lbs. assembled and four pieces of 41 to 52 lbs., it is the one that actually gets carried up a narrow staircase by two people, and the 8.3" of clearance underneath is roughly three times what a low-height frame leaves, which is what a floor patient lift needs to roll its legs in and get a sling over somebody. If either of those describes your house, this is the bed, and the head and foot still work off a motor so the person in it can sit themselves up. What you give up is the height, which is a hand crank at the foot end, and a low setting of 15.1" that is a normal bed height rather than a fall-prevention one. Rails are not included on any of these frames and this one takes half rails or full rails, so budget for them separately if somebody needs something to hold onto.
