What stands out
The Panther is the fast one in this range, and 8 mph is not a small difference when 4 mph is the usual ceiling: it changes a twenty minute trip into a ten minute one and it is the reason people who ride daily choose it. The 800W motor and 50Ah batteries are sized for that speed rather than borrowed from a slower scooter, so the 25 mile range holds up better than the number alone suggests. The 14" air tires on suspension at both ends give the best ride in the Drive line, and the 22" captain's seat is wide enough to sit in rather than on. Where it gives ground to the Prowler is capacity and clearance, 425 lbs. against 500 lbs. and 4" against 5", so a heavier rider or a gravel drive points the other way.
