This product cannot be returned
Car seats cannot be returned. Once a child restraint has left us we cannot confirm that it has not been in a crash or fitted wrongly, so it can never be sold again and we do not take one back. Check the size before you order and call us first if you are not sure which one fits. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you. The warranty above still applies.
