The Ventura is a road scooter rather than a shopping scooter, and the specification says so in three places: 33Ah batteries, a full lighting set with turn signals and mirrors, and rear suspension on flat-free 10" tires. Those are the parts that decide whether someone actually rides to the shops instead of only to the end of the street. The 400 lbs. capacity and the 23" floorboard also make it one of the few scooters at this price that a larger rider fits on comfortably rather than perches on. What you are accepting is 187 lbs. and 48" of length, which means a lift, a ramp or a van, because taking it apart does not make it a car boot scooter. Ground clearance is only 2.5", so kerbs and rough grass are not its ground, and the 54" turning circle means it lives outdoors and visits indoors.
