What stands out
The universal armrest is the reason to look at this chair over a plain Viper. On most wheelchairs you pick desk length or full length when you order and live with it, and the wrong choice is the complaint we hear most: a desk arm that gives no forearm support to push up from, or a full arm that stops the chair reaching a table. This one slides between the two on a button, and it also sets to eight heights in half inch steps, which is the adjustment that decides whether shoulders sit level. Add an adjustable back angle and back height and a seat depth that moves from 16" to 18", and this is a chair that can be fitted to a rider after it arrives rather than only before. At about 35 lbs. in aluminium it is a reasonable weight to load with the wheels off. It comes in deep green and nothing else, and the back adjusts but does not recline.
