What stands out
The Navigator PRO carries two ForceMax lithium batteries, one in each side of the frame, and they are wired in parallel so the chair keeps running on either one. That is why most people buy one at a time, to replace a battery that has worn down or to carry a charged spare. It slides out after you press the release latch. It charges on the chair with its partner through the main port, or on its own through the port on the battery. Forcemech says the new batteries are backward compatible with earlier Navigator chairs. Forcemech rates the PRO for up to 18 miles on both batteries.
