What stands out
The bed ends are what make the CS600 look like a bedroom bed rather than a hospital frame. Invacare makes them in one style, Amherst, and three finishes: Solar Oak, African Walnut and Biltmore Cherry. The kit is one headboard, one foot board, four L tubes and eight screws. The CS600 manual snaps each L tube into the mounting tube under the end of the bed, then screws the board to the tubes with a Phillips screwdriver; on an 84" bed the foot board goes in a different bracket hole than on an 80" bed. Invacare's CS600 manual lists both the 36" and the 42" sets for the fixed 36" bed and for the expandable bed. Invacare counts the bed ends in the bed's 600 lbs. safe working load.
