A small JAY Flow fluid tripad sits under the seat bones on a moderately contoured foam base, so you get skin protection and positioning with nothing to pump. The detail that sets it apart is the bottom: order it curved for a chair with sling upholstery, where it fills the sag and keeps you level, or flat for a solid seat. Pick an incontinence or an AirExchange cover; both have a no-slip bottom. It comes in 32 sizes from 14" to 24" wide and is rated to 330 lbs.
