The GS solves the problem every parent of a growing wheelchair user knows: a cushion that fits today is short next year. Its contoured base has a large well the child starts at the front of, and a shelf extension in the box lengthens it as their legs grow. An oversized JAY Flow fluid pad sits under the seat bones with nothing to pump, and the loop-side VELCRO top lets 2" or 3" positioning supports be moved as the child changes. It comes in five widths from 10" to 18", each covering a range of depths. At 6.9 lbs. it is not light, so it suits a child who needs support more than one who races.
