What stands out
This kit is how a standard width Joerns frame becomes a 42" bed. It is hardware that mounts to the frame and carries the sleep surface out from 35" to 42", for a person who needs more room to turn and reposition. It fits the WeCare and the EasyCare frames that are 35" wide. An EasyCare with integrated width already widens to 42" by itself and does not need it. The kit is hardware only. A widened bed needs a 42" mattress to fill it, and a 35" mattress will leave a gap at the side. Joerns lists both its 36" panels and its 42" panels for a widened frame, so panels you already have can stay. Check the room and the doorway before you widen a bed, because the frame is 7" wider afterwards.

Bed parts cannot be returned. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
