A DermaFloat LAL system is two parts, a mattress and a control unit, and Joerns sells each one alone. This is the mattress. Buy it when the mattress on a working LAL system is damaged or will no longer hold air, and keep the control unit you have. Joerns lists it as the replacement mattress for the LAL: twenty air cells 8" deep over a 2" safety layer that stays inflated for up to 12 hours, with the CairRails air bolsters along both sides. It carries 500 lbs. and is 10" deep. It does nothing without a control unit, because low air loss needs air moving through the mattress the whole time. Pick the width of the mattress you are replacing. If the control unit has failed as well, compare the two parts with the price of a whole system before you order, because together they cost about as much as the system.

Bed parts cannot be returned. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
