What stands out
Replace the joystick when it stops responding, drives erratically, loses power in bursts or is physically damaged. It fits both the Journey Air and the Air Elite and connects directly to the existing system. The same symptoms can also come from the main controller, which on the Air Elite is a separate part at $499.67, so check which one has failed before you order, because neither can be returned. Basic comfort with power chair wiring helps with the install. It does not fit the Air Elite Max.

This product cannot be returned
Replacement parts cannot be returned. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you. The warranty above still applies.
