What stands out
The main controller sits between the joystick and the motors, so when it fails the chair drives erratically, loses speed, cuts out or will not respond at all. Those are also the signs of a failing joystick, which is a separate part at $512, so check which one has failed before you order, because neither can be returned. The controller connects to the existing wiring, and you can fit it yourself if you are comfortable with power chair electronics. If you are not, have a qualified technician do it. It fits the Air Elite only.

This product cannot be returned
Replacement parts cannot be returned. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you. The warranty above still applies.
