Click to zoomJourney Zinger 7.8Ah Standard Battery
This is the 36V 7.8Ah lithium-ion battery that ships with every Journey Zinger. It gives up to 8 miles on a charge, swaps in without tools and is FAA compliant for flying.
A 36V 7.8Ah lithium-ion pack with Samsung cells in a black anodized aluminum case, rated for up to 8 miles.
What stands out
This is the battery to buy if you fly. The standard battery is FAA compliant and the 10.5Ah Extended Battery is not, so travelers who want more range carry two of these instead. A charged spare swaps in within minutes and takes a day out to about 16 miles. It is also the replacement when your original battery no longer holds a charge, runs out early or cuts out under load. If you never fly and want the most range from one battery, the Extended Battery gives up to 9.7 miles for $56.37 more and weighs about half a pound more.
The Journey Zinger 7.8Ah Standard Battery is covered by Journey Health & Lifestyle's own limited warranty. The coverage we have on record is below.
