What stands out
The KM-5000 is the recliner to buy when the rider needs to lie back during the day and the chair still has to go in a car. The back drops to 163 degrees, nearly flat, the legrests come up with it and the head pillow is included, and the whole chair is 36 lbs. in aluminum. Recline opens the hip angle as the back goes down, which suits resting and some care routines. If the rider slides forward when reclined or needs pressure moved off the seat without changing the hip angle, a tilt-in-space chair such as the VIP-515 is the better tool.

Karman Healthcare builds each KM-5000 Reclining Wheelchair to the choices you make on this page, and Karman's return policy does not accept configured or special-order wheelchairs, so this chair cannot be returned once the order is placed. Check the seat width and rear wheels before you add it to your cart. The warranty is unaffected, so a fault is still a fault and we handle it.
