The Axiom G is the everyday cushion in Ki Mobility's Axiom line, for a user who sits comfortably and is at low risk of skin breakdown. The molded well cradles the hips and the shaped front lets the thighs rest in line, so it gives more support than a flat foam pad without the depth of a skin protection cushion. Measure the seat of the wheelchair, not the person, and pick the cover by how it will be used: the standard cover is softer, and the incontinence resistant cover wipes clean. If the user has had a pressure injury or sits for long hours, look at the Axiom S or the SP cushions instead.
