Click to zoomKi Mobility Axiom SP Visco Cushion
Ki Mobility's Axiom SP Visco is a skin protection and positioning wheelchair cushion. A dual density polyurethane foam base holds the hips and thighs, and a thick viscoelastic foam insert with hexagon shapes lets the sitting bones and tailbone sink in. Choose the width and depth of your seat and the standard or incontinence resistant outer cover.
Ki Mobility's Axiom SP Visco is a skin protection and positioning cushion with a viscoelastic insert in the well, 14" to 22" wide, rated to 350 lbs.
What stands out
The Axiom SP Visco is for a user who needs both skin protection and positioning, such as someone who sits all day and has had or is at risk of a pressure injury. The viscoelastic insert changes shape slowly under the sitting bones and spreads the load to the hips and thighs, while the contoured base keeps the pelvis in line. It has no fluid or air to check. Choose the SP Fluid instead if the user needs more envelopment or shifts a lot. Measure the seat of the wheelchair, not the person, before you order.
Straight talk
Is it right for you?
A good fit if you
- need skin protection and positioning from one cushion
- have had or are at risk of a pressure injury
- want no air or fluid to check
Look elsewhere if you
- need more envelopment for a user who shifts a lot (see the SP Fluid)
- want a thin, light cushion
- want to try it and send it back, because a cushion is not returnable
The Ki Mobility Axiom SP Visco Cushion is covered by Ki Mobility's own limited warranty. The coverage we have on record is below.
The owner's manual is the full warranty
The owner's manual for this product has its own warranty section, and that section is the complete statement of what Ki Mobility covers, for how long, and what falls outside the coverage. Read it before you file a claim. If anything on this page differs from the manual, go by the manual.
Owner's manualThis product cannot be returned
A cushion is a support surface that sits against the body, so once it ships it cannot be returned. Measure the seat of your wheelchair before you order and use the size steps above. The warranty is unaffected, so a defect is still covered.
If something goes wrong
Call us first at 1-855-HIELINE. We file the claim with Ki Mobility for you and get the covered part sorted out rather than handing you a phone number.
