What stands out
The 5015 is the transport chair to buy when the trip is not just across a smooth lobby floor. Most chairs in this class run 8" rear wheels, and 8" wheels stop dead on a raised threshold or a sidewalk lip, which means whoever is pushing has to tip the chair back and heave. The 12" wheels here are the whole point of the model, and the 19" seat is the second reason to look at it, because a lot of people find a standard 18" transport seat tight across the hips after twenty minutes. What you give up is weight. At 27.6 lbs. this is a heavier chair than the 5014, so if the main job is lifting it in and out of a trunk several times a day, the lighter chair is the better buy. The dual-button backrest release is a small thing that matters, because a single-button back can be knocked down by accident.
