The Journey is the steel one, and that is the whole trade. It weighs 18.5 lbs. where Nova's aluminum walkers weigh 13 to 16, and in exchange it is one of the cheapest four-wheel walkers with a seat that Nova make. What you get for the weight is a genuinely useful piece of engineering: the frame has two height settings, low and high, and switching between them moves the seat as well as the handles. That means one Journey covers users from 4'9" to 6'0", where most walkers in this range ask you to pick a seat height at the checkout and live with it. If you are buying for someone whose height you are not certain of, or for a household where two people will use it, that flexibility is worth more than the three pounds. If you will be lifting it into a car every day, buy aluminum instead.
