What stands out
The Star 8 is the middle of Nova's rolling walker range and the reason to pick it over the cheaper frames is the push-button adjustment. On most rolling walkers at this price the seat height is decided by the frame you order, so if you guess wrong you live with it. Here the handles and the legs move on buttons, which matters more than it sounds: a seat two inches too high makes standing up harder every single time, and a seat two inches too low does the same in reverse. The two frame sizes exist because push buttons only travel so far, so you still pick Petite or Standard, but inside that choice you can tune the fit. Against Nova's own Star WB, which is thirty dollars cheaper, the Star 8 gives up the extra-wide backrest and gains the Lock & Lift pin that keeps the frame shut while you carry it. If you load the walker into a car on your own, that pin is worth more than the backrest.
