What stands out
A transport chair is a different thing from a wheelchair and the difference decides whether this is right for you. There are no hand rims and the rear wheels are small, so the person in the chair cannot move it. Someone else pushes. In exchange you get a chair that is lighter, narrower and cheaper than a wheelchair, and that folds small enough to live in a car trunk. The 319 is the entry point of Nova's range and the only thing separating it from the aluminum 329 is the frame material: same 18.5" by 16" seat, same 300 lbs., same arms, same wheels.
