What stands out
A three-wheel walker is a deliberate trade and it is worth understanding before you buy one. You lose the seat, because a single front wheel leaves nothing to hang one between, and you lose some side-to-side steadiness. What you get back is turning: the frame pivots on the spot instead of swinging wide, which is the whole reason these exist. If the difficult part of the day is getting through your own bathroom door or turning in a narrow hallway, a three-wheeler solves it and a four-wheel rollator does not. The Traveler is the better equipped of Nova's two three-wheelers. It comes with a tray, a basket, a cup holder and a large zippered pouch, which on almost every other walker in this range are things you buy afterwards, and it runs on 8" wheels at 13.5 lbs., which is the lightest 8" frame Nova build. The limit to read is the 250 lbs. capacity, the lowest of anything in this range, and the fact that if you lean your weight on a walker rather than steering with it, four wheels are the safer choice.
