What stands out
The Vega solves the one thing that makes buying a rollator online awkward, which is committing to a seat height you have not sat on. Nova build the seat to adjust between 21.75" and 23.5", and the handles adjust separately from 32" to 37.75", so you set the fit at home instead of at the checkout. That alone makes it the safer choice when you are buying for someone else. The rest of it is a good mid-range rollator: 8" wheels front and rear, which is what you want if any part of your walk is outdoors, a 19" padded backrest that is wide enough to actually lean on, and a cane holder built into the frame rather than clipped on. It weighs 18 lbs., which is at the heavier end, and it is sized for users 5'5" and up. If you are shorter than that, this is the wrong frame however good the adjustment is.
