The NXT MultiFit head support mounts on NXT back supports. Order it complete, with a pad, multi-axis hardware and the receiver bracket, or order a pad or a hardware part on its own.
The NXT MultiFit head support pairs a layered foam pad with multi-axis hardware that adjusts in height, depth and angle, with quick-release levers for changes without tools.
What stands out
A head support is three parts on the NXT order form, and NXT requires all three to mount one: a pad, the multi-axis hardware and the receiver bracket that fixes the assembly to the back shell. Choosing Complete puts the three in your cart together. Choose the pad by how much of the head it has to meet: the contoured pad is 9" x 5", the large is 10" x 5" and the extra-large is 14" x 5", and each can be bent to shape for the user. The flip-back hardware costs more and is worth it when the pad has to get out of the way, because the pad lifts, folds back and returns to its original position. The vertical post can sit at the center, the left or the right. If you already own the multi-axis hardware, the flip back kit adds the same function to it. Installation means taking the cover and foam off the back to reach the shell, so plan for that or have your seating provider fit it.
