A 22 lbs. carbon fiber frame
The frame is carbon fiber and weighs 22 lbs. The battery weighs 3.9 lbs. and comes out.
Folds in one pull
Lift the seat rods upward from both sides and the chair folds to 28.3" long, 11.8" wide and 27.5" high.
Two ways to charge
Take the 24V 10Ah battery indoors to charge, or charge it in the chair through the joystick controller.
Joystick on either side
The joystick mounts on the left or the right armrest, two joystick heads come in the box, and both armrests flip up.
The Paiseec Q5 is built around its frame. The frame is carbon fiber and weighs 22 lbs., so one person can lift the chair into a trunk, and it folds in one pull to 28.3" long, 11.8" wide and 27.5" high. Two 200W brushless motors drive 11" rear wheels on flat-free tires, and the front wheels are 6.5". The 24V 10Ah lithium battery comes out to charge indoors, or it charges in place through the joystick controller. Paiseec gives 14 miles on one battery, and the two-battery version carries a spare that doubles it. The joystick moves to either armrest and comes with two head shapes, and both armrests flip up for a side transfer. The limits come with the light frame. The seat is 16.5" wide and 16.5" deep, the top speed is 3.7 mph, and Paiseec's own documents give two weight limits, 300 lbs. on its product page and 220 lbs. on its dealer specification sheet, so this page uses 220 lbs. The manual rates the chair IP24, so keep it out of the rain. Paiseec calls the chair airline friendly, and each airline sets its own battery rules, so ask yours before you fly.

Common questions
Paiseec gives 22 lbs. for the carbon fiber frame, and its manual gives 10.3 kg (22.7 lbs.). The battery weighs 3.9 lbs.
Paiseec's product page gives 300 lbs. and its dealer specification sheet gives 220 lbs. A weight limit is a safety figure, so this page uses the lower one. Treat 220 lbs. as the limit.
Paiseec's product page gives 14 miles on one battery and 28 miles with two. Its dealer sheet gives 9.3 miles on the 10Ah battery. A heavier rider, hills and cold weather shorten the range.
The chair is the same. The two-battery version comes with a second 24V 10Ah battery to carry as a spare.
The manual gives 4 to 6 hours. Paiseec's product page gives 4 to 5 hours in its specifications and 6 to 8 hours in its answers, so plan on a full night.
Turn the power off, then lift the seat rods upward from both sides and the frame folds left to right. Folded, it measures 28.3" long, 11.8" wide and 27.5" high.
Paiseec calls the chair airline friendly, and the battery comes out of the chair. Each airline sets its own rules for power wheelchairs and lithium batteries, so check with yours before you travel.
Yes. Move the brake lever to the manual position and the chair rolls freely. Move it back to the power position before anyone drives it.
Paiseec says the chair is made for sidewalks, parks and smooth paths. The manual rates it IP24, and Paiseec's warranty does not cover damage from rain or snow, so keep it dry.
One year on the complete chair, the frame, the motors, the charger, the controller and the display. 18 months on the lithium battery. Six months on the tires and on other parts such as the footrests, cushions and backrest.

This section is how your order reaches you and how far into your home it comes.
Curbside is the free option. The power wheelchair ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
This one comes in a single box and the setup is not hard. The box goes through a normal doorway and most people manage it on their own. The free option is a fair choice here.
