What stands out
Most people buy this box for one of two reasons. The original battery no longer holds a charge the way it did, or they want a charged spare for longer days out. It is the 24V 12Ah lithium box the Jazzy Carbon 27 ships with, and Pride lists the same box for the Jazzy Carbon HD, where it trades range for a lighter pack than the HD's 20Ah battery. It comes off with a release button and a pull, and it charges on the chair or on its own with the 2A charger that came with your chair. On the Carbon 27 Pride rates it for up to 9.3 miles. If you plan to fly, call your airline first, because Pride notes the lithium pack may need special packaging.

Batteries and replacement parts cannot be returned. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get it repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
