The carbon fiber frame folds and locks into the folded position in seconds. Folded it measures 31.3" long, 26.4" wide and 13" high. Nothing comes apart and no tools are needed.
Suspension front and rear
Full front and rear suspension on 6.5" front tires and 10.6" rear tires. Solid tires never go flat, so there is nothing to inflate and nothing to puncture.
20" seat and a wide foot platform
A 20" by 20" seat sling with a padded back, a removable cushion and a storage pocket. The adjustable foot platform is 17.25" wide by 5.9" deep.
20 Ah lithium battery
One 20 Ah lithium battery weighs 7.5 lbs. and charges off-board at 2 amps. Pride does not list the standard 20 Ah battery as airline compliant, and it sells a 12 Ah airline compliant battery separately.
The Jazzy Carbon HD is the folding chair to look at when you need capacity without giving up a light lift. It is rated to 400 lbs., it folds and locks in seconds, and at 32.2 lbs. before the 7.5 lbs. battery goes in it is lighter than every folding chair we sell that carries more than 300 lbs. It is also the only folding chair we carry with suspension front and rear, and it runs up to 12.4 miles on a charge. The honest caveat: the standard 20 Ah battery is not airline compliant, and Pride sells a 12 Ah airline compliant battery for it separately, so this is not the chair to buy for flying without that conversation. If you need more than 400 lbs., the ComfyGo 440 HD Plus carries 440 lbs. and still folds, and the Jazzy EVO 614HD carries 450 lbs. as a full size chair that does not.

Return shipping to us is yours to arrange, and the shipping we paid to deliver it to you is deducted from your refund along with that fee.

Curbside is the free option. The power wheelchair ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
This one comes in a single box and the setup is not hard. The box goes through a normal doorway and most people manage it on their own. The free option is a fair choice here.
Inside delivery means we bring it just inside your front door or into the garage, still in its packaging.
White glove takes a different route. It does not come to your address first. It ships to the delivery technician nearest you, and once it arrives there the technician calls you and books a time that suits you, then brings it into your home, sets it up in the room you choose, checks it for shipping damage and takes all the packaging away. That extra leg adds a few days, and the date is settled between you and the technician, so we cannot give you one up front.
