What stands out

This is Pride part BAT2004389, the 25.6V, 32.4Ah lithium iron phosphate battery Pride's parts book lists for the Jazzy EVO 613 Li. Pride rates it at up to 21 miles at 200 lbs. on the EVO 613 Li. Pride lists it as not airline compliant, so it is a battery for use at home and on the road rather than on a plane. Charge it with the lithium charger supplied with your EVO 613 Li.
