The Ultra Light is the one you lift. At 33 lbs. without the battery it is light enough for most people to load on their own, the carbon fiber frame folds and locks in one motion, and the 10Ah battery is airline compliant so it can travel with you. The honest caveat: this is a travel chair and it behaves like one. Top speed is 3.69 mph against 5.1 on the EVO 613, the turning radius is 33.19" against 22, and there is one seat size and one color. If you want something to fold into a car trunk and fly with, this is a good one, though the Jazzy Carbon 27 is lighter still at 27.8 lbs. before its battery. If it is your everyday chair indoors, look at the Jazzy Carbon or the EVO 613.

Return shipping to us is yours to arrange, and the shipping we paid to deliver it to you is deducted from your refund along with that fee.
Common questions
33 lbs. without a battery. With the 10Ah battery fitted it is 38 lbs., and with the 20Ah battery it is 40 lbs. The whole chair comes apart into nothing, it simply folds, so the number you lift is the number above.
Pride states that the 10Ah lithium battery is airline compliant. The 20Ah is not. Carrying any lithium battery on a commercial flight is still subject to federal regulations and the airline's own policy, so call your airline before you fly. If you are unsure, call us on 1-855-HIELINE and we will talk it through.
The chair is identical either way. The 10Ah goes up to 8 miles at 200 lbs. and weighs 5 lbs. The 20Ah goes up to 16.4 miles at 200 lbs. and weighs 7 lbs. Choose the 10Ah if you fly, the 20Ah if you want the range.
The chair is 24.49" wide, which clears a standard 32" doorway. The turning radius is 33.19", so it needs more room to turn than a mid-wheel drive chair like the EVO 613.
Yes, on made surfaces. It has flat-free tires, suspension caster forks and 2.17" of ground clearance at the motor. It is a travel chair rather than an all-terrain one, so for grass and broken pavement look at the Jazzy EVO 613 or the EVO 614.

If you plan to fly, read this. Airlines limit lithium batteries by their watt hour rating, and that limit is set by the airline and the regulator. Call your airline with the exact battery details before you buy, and call us as well so we can send you the paperwork they ask for.
Every range figure is measured on flat ground, at a stated rider weight, with new batteries. Hills, carpet, cold weather and a heavier rider all reduce it. Plan around roughly two thirds of the published number.

This chair has a one piece foot platform and Pride publishes no alternative for it, so there is nothing to choose. The platform is fixed, which is part of how the chair folds and stays light.
If you need legrests that swing away so you can get close to a bed, this is not the chair for that. Call us and we will point you at one that has them.

Curbside is the free option. The power wheelchair ships from the manufacturer straight to your address. Allow about two to three days for the order to be processed and shipped, then about five more in transit depending on where you live. No carrier in this trade quotes an exact date, so treat both figures as estimates rather than promises. It arrives boxed at the curb, and getting it inside is yours to arrange.
This one comes in a single box and the setup is not hard. The box goes through a normal doorway and most people manage it on their own. The free option is a fair choice here.
Inside delivery means we bring it just inside your front door or into the garage, still in its packaging.
White glove takes a different route. It does not come to your address first. It ships to the delivery technician nearest you, and once it arrives there the technician calls you and books a time that suits you, then brings it into your home, sets it up in the room you choose, checks it for shipping damage and takes all the packaging away. That extra leg adds a few days, and the date is settled between you and the technician, so we cannot give you one up front.
