The foam base does the positioning work with deep leg troughs and a tailbone cut-out, and the ROHO air sits on top where the skin needs protecting. The IsoFlo button locks the air once the rider is set, and pulling the IT insert gives a clinician an offloading option without a second cushion. It stops at 20" wide, so a larger rider should look at the Hybrid Elite.
